Should you not be completely satisfied with any of our material products, we will replace it with an identical or comparable product if returned within 30 days from the date of shipment and in accordance with our Returned Merchandise Policy.
Returned goods cannot be accepted at our Distribution Center Warehouse (DCW) unless prior permission has been given. After receiving your request, we will determine the most economical method of handling the return. We will arrange for the receipt of the product(s) at the DWC. Please note: a 15% restocking and handling charge will be assessed for all items returned for your convenience or due to your error. All goods must be freight prepaid when returned due to convenience reasons, packaged in the original carton and returned within 30 days of receipt of the product. If any product appears defective, please contact our office immediately. At that time we will determine the disposition of the product and the replacement or credit of the same.
Please take immediate action if merchandise is received damaged. If merchandise is damaged, please notify the carrier, request an inspection and file a claim. Note: if carton is damaged, the goods inside may not be. Please make sure to check the goods as this could save both of us time and expense. If the products are unusable due to freight damage, refuse to accept the shipment and notify us immediately.
